摘　　要：采用羟基硅油对钠基蒙脱土(Na-MMT)进行有机化改性制得羟基蒙脱土(HOMMT).通过红外光谱(FTIR)、X线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、比表面积(BET)分析等手段分析HOMMT的结构,深入研究其有机化改性的机理,然后将HOMMT应用到MQ硅树脂中研究复合材料的相容性、热稳定性等.结果表明:羟基硅油对于蒙脱土的层间距、比表面积提高效果较为显著;在复合物体系中,HOMMT被不同程度地剥离;在520℃高温区,其质量损失率约为9%~10%,与MQ硅树脂质量损失率约14%相比质量损失率降低.Hydrogen-containing silicone oil was used as intercalation agent to treat Na-montmorillonite and for forming hydroxyl-inorganic montmorillonite(HOMMT).Through the Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR),X-ray diffraction(XRD),scan electric microscope(SEM),BET surface area were used to analyze the structure of HOMMT.The mechanism of organic modification of HOMMT was deeply studied,and then MQ-type silicone/HOMMT nanocomposites were prepared and their compatibility and thermal stability were investigated.The results show that the hydroxy silicone oil had an significant effects on the interlayer spacing and specific surface area of montmorillonite.In the composite systems,HOMMT was stripped to varying degrees.In the high temperature zone of 520 ℃,the mass loss rate of 6% HOMMT silicone resin is about 9%~10%,compared with about 14% of MQ silicone,its resin mass loss rate was decreased.
