摘　　要：在国家大力推行供给侧改革,倡导发展装配式建筑的背景下,装配式钢结构住宅在钢结构建筑中的占比稳步上升。混凝土叠合楼板是装配式钢结构住宅体系中较为理想的楼板形式,共主要包括传统型、改进型、新型3大类。通过梳理国内外装配式钢结构住宅结构体系,探讨了叠合楼板的分类和构造特点,并对叠合楼板后续研究进行了展望。Under the background that the country vigorously promotes the supply-side reform and advocates the development of prefabricated buildings,the proportion of prefabricated residential steel buildings in the steel structure buildings steadily increases.Concrete composite floor slab is an ideal form of floor slab in prefabricated steel housing system.The composite floor slabs mainly includes traditional composite floor slabs,improved composite floor slabs and new type ofcomposite floor slabs.Firstly,the structural system of prefabricated steel structure residential buildings at home and abroad is sorted out.Secondly,the classification and structural characteristics of composite floor slab are discussed.Finally,the future research of composite floor slab is prospected.
