常州西石桥水厂深度处理改造及运行效果解析

摘　　要：1984年设计建造的老水厂,于2015年底开始进行深度处理改造。在不新征建设用地、并保证改造期间水厂正常供水的基础上,充分利用原有净水工艺设施,淘汰了管理不便、运行效果不理想的迷宫沉淀池和移动钟罩滤池常规处理工艺,增加了臭氧活性炭工艺和污泥处理工艺设施,并将消毒方式由液氯改为次氯酸钠,同时优化厂区加药系统及综合管线的布置。2017年底工程结束开始调试及试运行,通过近2年的运行管理,达到了最初的改造目的,提高了出厂水水质,增加了供水安全可靠性。the old water plant designed and built in 1984 began to carry out deep treatment transformation at the end of 2015.Without new requisition land for construction purposes,and ensure the transformation during plant,on the basis of normal water supply,make full use of original water purification process facilities,eliminate management inconvenience,run the effect is not ideal maze sedimentation tank and mobile cover filter conventional treatment process,increase the ozone activated carbon technology and sludge treatment facilities,and will be by the liquid chlorine disinfection way instead of sodium hypochlorite,and optimize the factory dosing system and comprehensive line arrangement.At the end of 2017,the project was completed and started trial operation.After two years of operation and management,the original purpose of transformation was achieved,the quality of ex-factory water was improved,and the reliability of water supply was increased.
