摘　　要：某地的一个纤维素纤维生产基地,位于福建省湄洲湾北岸工业区,年产200,000吨纤维素纤维。该厂房,于2010年开始项目建设,并于2013年12月开始营运。根据公司发展需要,将原有污水厂一级沉淀池改造成为CASS工艺生化池。本改造项目废水处理规模为8000m3/d,主要废水为化纤废水,改造主要核心是曝气设备的选择、安装、调试及能耗分析。通过改造使生产与环境相协调,做到经济发展与环境保护相协调、共发展的目的。A cellulose fiber production base in Fujian Province is located in the northern coast of Meizhou Bay Industrial Zone,with an annual output of 200,000 metric tons of cellulose fiber.The plant started construction in 2010 and began operation in December 2013.According to the development needs of the company,the primary sedimentation tank of the original sewage plant was transformed into a CASS process biochemical tank.The wastewater treatment scale of this project is 8000 m3/d,and the main wastewater is chemical fiber wastewater.The main core of this project transformation is the selection,installation,commissioning and energy consumption analysis of aeration equipment.Through the transformation,the production and the environment are coordinated,so that the economic development and environmental protection are coordinated and developed together.
