摘　　要：固有淋巴样细胞(innate lymphoid cells,ILCs)是来自共同淋巴样祖细胞(common lymphoid progenitor,CLP)先天免疫家族中的一部分,由多个细胞亚群构成,参与机体抗感染免疫、创伤愈合、组织修复及炎症和肿瘤的发生。本文就一些炎症性皮肤病,如接触性皮炎、特应性皮炎、系统性硬化症、银屑病等疾病中的ILCs作用机制的相关研究进展作一综述,为临床医生和相关领域科研工作者明确相关疾病的发病机制提供参考。Innate lymphoid cells(ILCs)are a group of innate immune cells that are derived from the common lymphoid progenitor(CLP),consisting of multiple cellular subsets involved in innate immune responses to infection,wound healing,tissue repair,and the development of inflammation and tumors.In this study,the mechanism of ILCs in skin diseases,such as allergic contact dermatitis,atopic dermatitis,systemic sclerosis and psoriasis were reviewed.It provides a reference for clinicians and researchers in related fields to clarify the pathogenesis of related skin diseases.
