皮肤镜在银屑病中的应用研究

摘　　要：对近十年国内外皮肤镜在银屑病中的应用,从皮肤镜的原理,皮肤镜下银屑病的特征及与其他红斑鳞屑病的鉴别等方面进行综述。皮肤镜可用于银屑病的检查与疗效的观察及与其他红斑鳞屑病的鉴别诊断,显示了皮肤镜在银屑病中的良好应用前景。The application of dermoscopy in psoriasis in recent ten years has been reviewed from the aspects of the principle of dermoscopy,the characteristics of psoriasis under dermoscopy and the identification with other erythematous squamous diseases.Dermoscopy is used for the examination of psoriasis and the observation of its curative effect as well as the differentiation from other erythema squamous diseases,which shows a great prospect of dermatoscopy in psoriasis.
