脓癣合并结节性红斑及脓疱样癣菌疹1例

摘　　要：患儿女,6岁,脱发2月,头皮脓疱1月,四肢散在红斑结节1d,入院后颈部膝盖散发小脓疱。病发直接镜检及荧光染色可见发外孢子。"右小腿"小块脂肪和纤维组织病理:脂肪间隔内淋巴样细胞和浆细胞聚集伴核碎裂,未见厚壁血管。诊断:脓癣合并结节性红斑及脓疱样癣菌疹。A 6-year-old child presented alopecia for two months,scalp pustules for one month,erythematous nodules scattered in all limbs for one day,and pustules distributed in the neck and knee after admission.Spores were observed by fungus microscope examination and fluorescent staining.Histopathology showed that lymphoid cells and plasma cells aggregated in fat septum with nuclear fragmentation,with no thick-walled blood vessels.The diagnosis was kerion with erythema nodosum and pustules.
