外阴部粟丘疹样汗管瘤1例

摘　　要：患者女,49岁。外阴部皮疹瘙痒5年,加重3月。皮肤科检查:双侧大阴唇部可见密集红褐色、黄白色米粒大丘疹,顶端光滑,有蜡样光泽。皮损组织病理检查示:表皮大致正常,真皮浅层可见较多复层鳞状上皮形成的囊腔,囊壁可见颗粒层,腔内可见层状角质物,其下方及周围真皮纤维内可见多个小导管、囊腔、"蝌蚪状"上皮细胞巢。诊断:粟丘疹样汗管瘤。A 49-year-old female presented skin lesions in vulva with itching for five years and aggravated for three months.Skin examination showed multiple grain-sized,red-brown or whitish yellow colored papules distributed on both sides of the labia majora with smooth and waxy surface.Histopathology revealed that epidermis was normal,and a large number of cysts lined by stratified squamous epithelial cells with granular cell layer were in the superficial dermis.There was laminated keratin in the cysts.Within fibrous stroma,there were several small ducts,cysts,and"tadpole-like"epithelial nests.Syringoma with milium was diagnosed.
