新任省派驻村第一书记不良心理倾向的危害、原因及矫正

摘　　要：省派驻村第一书记作为推进农村脱贫攻坚工作的中坚力量,应当具有良好的心理素质。当前,部分新任省派驻村第一书记存在一些不良心理倾向且具有较大的危害性,主要包括:功利化的镀金心理,引发工作不作为;理想化的偏见心理,致使工作难作为;自卑化的胆怯心理,造成工作无作为。究其原因,在于人生观和价值观的扭曲;理论与实践的脱节;权利与责任不对等。因此,必须着力从加强理想信念教育、积极开展调查研究、深入开展培训指导工作、学习和使用群众易于接受的语言、严格管理与关爱干部并重等方面加以解决,为脱贫攻坚工作提供最基本的人力资源保障。The First Secretaries stationed in villages,as the nucleus in the fight against poverty in rural areas,should be equipped with good psychological qualities.At present,there are some tendencies of ill-psychological state among some of the First Secretaries,which is severely harmful.The ill-psychological problems mainly include a posturing stunt for the utilitarian purpose,which leads to dereliction of duty;or a prejudiced idealism,which makes it difficult to do actual work;or a self-abased timidity,which leads to inaction in work.The reasons behind those problems lie in the distortion of outlook on life and values,the disconnection between theory and practice,and the imbalance of rights and responsibilities.Therefore,efforts must be made to strengthen the education of ideals and faiths,to actively carry out field investigation,to promote in-depth training,to adapt oneself to the language acceptable to the local people,and to manage and care for cadres at the same time,so as to provide a guaranteed human resources for poverty alleviation.
