摘  要:选用40%氧化乐果EC、2.5%溴氰菊酯EC、1.8%阿维菌素EC 3种药剂10倍液和氨基寡糖素,对毛竹Phyllostachys pubescens进行竹腔注药防治竹裂爪螨Schizotetranychus bambusae试验。结果表明:3种药剂10倍液1000 mL加入氨基寡糖素20 g处理与未加氨基寡糖素处理竹裂爪螨减退率差异不显著,药后30 d竹裂爪螨减退率均达到90%以上;3种药剂加氨基寡糖素处理,翌年新竹数量增加为582.0~667.5株/hm^2,均显著高于未加氨基寡糖素处理;3种药剂加和未加氨基寡糖素处理,翌年新竹平均胸径增加量为2.2~3.0 cm,各处理间差异不显著,但均显著高于清水对照的0.2 cm。Three pesticides(omethoate 40% EC 10 times,deltamethrin 2.5% EC 10 times,avermectin 1.8% EC 10 times) and amino-oligosaccharin were injected into cavity of Phyllostachys pubescen for controlling Schizotetranychus bambusae.The results showed that no significant difference was observed in the reduction rate of S.bambusae between three 1000 mL pesticides with and without 20 g amino-oligosaccharin.The reduction rate of all pesticides treatment were over 90%30 days after injection.The next year,the number of newly sprouting bamboo increased 582.0~667.5 plants per hectare in treatments with amino-oligosaccharin,and significantly higher than the increase number of treatments without amino-oligosaccharin.No matter add amino-oligosaccharin or not,the average DBH of newly sprouting bamboo increased 2.2~3.0 cm in the next year with no significant difference among pesticides,but all of them were significantly higher than the control.
