摘  要:目的:通过对比观察有无相关运动损伤的羽毛球运动员髋关节伸肌及外展肌肌力特点,为羽毛球相关运动损伤的防治提供借鉴。方法:以45名专业羽毛球运动员为研究对象,进行运动损伤调查,以及髋关节伸肌和外展肌的等长肌力测试。结果:(1)有运动损伤与无运动损伤、有膝关节运动损伤与无膝关节运动损伤的羽毛球运动员,其髋伸肌和髋外展肌的持拍侧与非持拍侧,以及双侧差异的组间差异均不具显著性;(2)有踝关节运动损伤与无踝关节运动损伤的羽毛球运动员,其髋关节伸肌肌力双侧差异的组间差异具显著性。结论:羽毛球运动员的髋关节伸肌和髋关节外展肌肌力,并不是下肢运动损伤的高风险因素。Objective:To compare the muscle strength of hip extensors and abductors of badminton athletes with or without related sports injuries,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of badminton related sports injuries.Methods:45 professional badminton athletes were investigated on sports injury and the isometric muscle strength of hip extensor and abductor were tested.Results:(1)Badminton athletes with or without sports injury,with or without knee joint related injury had no significant difference both in racket-holding and non-racket-holding sides of hip extensors and hip abductors,as well as bilateral difference;(2)Badminton athletes with or without ankle joint related injury had significant difference in bilateral difference of hip extensors.Conclusion:There is no strong correlation between hip extensors and hip abductors strength and lower limb sports injury among badminton athletes.
