浅谈我国男子铁饼运动发展研究

摘　　要：文章通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,对国内外优秀男子铁饼运动员成绩对比分析,研究发现目前我国男子铁饼运动员在训练理念、专项技术、文化教育等方面还存在缺失,为适应我国男子铁饼运动员世界发展趋势,提高运动水平,对我国男子铁饼项目发展制约因素提出相对应的对策:(1)不断更新理念,创新训练方法;(2)为运动员量身打造个性化技术;(3)提高教练员的执教训练水平;(4)储蓄后备人才培养。Through documentary and logical analysis,the performance of domestic and foreign elite male discus athletes are compared and analyzed.It is found that at present,there are some scarcity such as training concept,specific skills and academic education.The following countermeasures are offered to improve performance:(1)constantly renewing concept and innovating training methods;(2)creating personalized skills for athletes;(3)improving coaching;(4)reserving talents.
