岳阳市大学生课外体育运动现状调查研究——以湖南理工学院为例

摘　　要：本文主要调查研究岳阳市大学生课外体育运动现状及差异,并为其养成科学有效的运动习惯提供针对性的意见和建议。调查结果显示当代大学生存在体育运动观念薄弱、体育运动动机不明确、课外体育运动的形式单一、课外体育运动的开展缺乏科学指导,并且在开展体育运动过程中,存在一定的年龄、性别和专业差异等问题。结合当前时代发展背景和不同阶段大学生自我发展需求的不同,我们应当在大学期间树立良好的体育运动习惯和意识,遵循科学的运动方法,在专业人士指导下设计适合自身的运动计划,以达到良好的运动效果。This study mainly investigates the current situation of extracurricular sport of college students in Yueyang City,and provides corresponding suggestions for them to develop scientific and effective sports habits.The investigation results show that there are some problems,such as weak concept of sports,unclear motivation of sports,single form of extracurricular sports,and lack of scientific guidance in the extracurricular sports.At the same time,there are also differences exist among age,gender and majors.Combining with the development background of the current era and the different needs of college students'self-development at different stages,they should establish good sports habits and consciousness during college time,follow scientific sports methods,and design sports plans suitable for ourselves under the professional mentors,so as to achieve the goal of sports.
