摘  要:根据多角弯曲件的结构特点及技术要求,围绕如何提高生产效率、降低制造成本、简化模具结构,制订了10工位级进模冲压成形的工艺方案。进行了成形工艺优化,设计了双侧载体分步冲切并折弯的排样。采用内外双重导向的精密模架、导正销、氮气弹簧驱动的带槽导料销导料装置及弹压卸料装置、镶拼式结构的模具零件、校正弯曲、修补回弹,合理解决了多角弯曲件条料的送进、导向、精定位、成形、卸料,实现了自动化生产的需求。Based on the structural characteristics and technical requirements of multiangle bending parts,the technological program of 10-position progressive mould stamping was worked out with the aim to improve production efficiency,reduce manufacturing cost and simplify mould structure.The forming process is optimized,and two sides of the carrier are punched and bent.The process of feeding,guiding,precise positioning,forming and unloading of multiangle bending strips are reasonably improved by using precise of mould frame,guide pin driven by nitrogen spring and slot guide pin guide device with elastic pressure unloading device,mould parts with mosaic structure to rectify bending and repair springback,meeting the requirement for automative production.
