摘  要:针对在汽轮机、发电机零件加工中,大型低刚性板类工件刚性差,加工中易产生共振、工件易变形、装夹定位失效、刀具磨损加剧等问题,通过研制大型薄板件铣削可调组合夹具,改进加工方法、合理选择刀具和切削参数,保证了低刚性板类工件的加工质量,提高了加工效率。In the steam turbine,generator parts processing,large and low rigid plate parts rigid poor,processing is easy to produce resonance,workpiece deformation,clamping positioning failure,tool wear and other problems.For large low rigidity parts processing requirements and process system stiffness analysis,through the development of large sheet parts milling adjustable modular fixture,improve processing method,choose reasonable tool and cutting parameters,ensure the low rigidity parts processing quality,improve the processing efficiency.
