摘　　要：该面板厂低浓度有机废水采用调节池+生化系统+MBR膜系统工艺,通过调试运行降低水中TOC和SS,使其符合反渗透进水要求。结果表明,通过调试该工艺运行稳定,运行效果达到进水的要求,为面板行业低浓度有机废水回收处理工艺的设计和运行提供了成功的经验。In view of the treatment of low concentration organic wastewater,the panel plant introduced in this paper adopts the treatment process which include regulating pool,biochemical system and MBR membrane system.Through the optimization and operation of the treatment system,the TOC and SS in the water are continuously reduced and finally meet the requirements of reverse osmosis.This paper provides successful experience for the design and operation of low-concentration organic wastewater recovery and treatment process in panel industry.
