摘  要:对二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法测定地表水中的Cr^6+进行了改进,于25mL比色管中配制校准曲线和取样,减半加入二苯碳酰二肼溶液,待显色反应稳定后,用50mm光程的比色皿测定溶液吸光度。改进法减少了实验废液,降低了检测限,提高了方法的灵敏度、精密度与准确度。In this study,the determination of Chromium(Ⅵ)in surface water by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry has been improved.The calibration curve solution and samples were prepared in 25 mL colorimetric tubes,and the added diphenylcarbazide solution was halved.After the color reaction was stable,the absorbance of the solution was measured with a 50 mm cuvette.The results showed that the improved method reduced the amount of experimental waste liquid,reduced the detection limit,and improved the sensitivity,precision and accuracy of the method.
