摘  要:针对玉米生产上病害发生危害严重,缺乏抗病丰产杂交种的问题,利用国内抗病优异玉米种质材料,组配基础群体,采用回交转育、定向接种鉴定、早代配合力测定方法,以选育的抗病优良自交系‘X136-4’为母本,‘X232’作父本,杂交组配育成抗病丰产玉米新品种‘晋单83’,2011年通过山西省审定。试验结果表明:该品种高抗茎腐病、矮花叶病,抗穗腐病、粗缩病,中抗丝黑穗病、大斑病。籽粒粗淀粉含量高达76.14%。区试平均产量9630.8 kg/hm^2,比对照增产6.4%;生产试验产量9976.5 kg/hm^2,比当地对照品种增产6.8%;该品种的制种技术简单,产量高,成本低。在生产上提出了适期早播,因地合理密植,科学配方施肥,节水灌溉,综合防治病虫草害的配套栽培技术。研究表明,该品种抗病性强,品质优良,丰产性好,适应性广,适宜在山西南部复播区和黄淮海夏玉米区推广种植。Aiming at the problems of serious diseases in maize production and lack of disease-resistant andhigh-yield hybrid cultivars, based on high disease-resistant germplasm groups, excellent selfing lines wereselected after backcrossing, targeted inoculation and detection of combining ability in the early generation.New variety‘Jindan83’was hybridized with excellent selfing line‘X136-4’as female parent and‘X232’asmale parent. This high-yield and disease-resistant variety was examined and approved by Shanxi Province in2011.‘Jindan83’has high resistance to stalk rot and maize dwarf mosaic disease, resistance to ear rot andrough dwarf disease, moderate resistance to head smut and northern corn leaf blight. The crude starch contentof seeds is as high as 76.14%. The average yield of the regional test is 9630.8 kg/hm^2, which is 6.4% higherthan that of the control group, the yield of production test is 9976.5 kg/hm^2, 6.8% higher than that of the localcontrol varieties. The seed production technology of the variety is not only simple, but also high yield and lowcost. The associated cultivation techniques are put forward, including early planting in appropriate period,rational close planting, scientific formula fertilization, water-saving irrigation and integrated prevention andcontrol of diseases, pests and weeds. The variety is suitable for promoting and planting in southern Shanxi multiple cropping area and Huanghuaihai summer maize area.
