摘　　要：生物炭以其良好的自身解剖结构和理化性质、广泛的材料来源和广阔的产业化发展前景,成 为当今农业、能源与环境等领域的研究热点。本文主要以生物炭技术相关的专利申请作为切入点,从全 球专利申请年度分布、申请地域及布局等方面分析了生物炭技术的发展现状,以期为生物炭产业的发展 提供参考建议。Biochar has been a research hotspot in the fields of agriculture, energy and environment,etc due to its good structure, physicochemical properties,broad raw materials and bright production prospect.This paper studied the current development situation of bio-char technology from the aspects of the patent application trend,the patent distribution and the status of patent operation,etc. of the global patent application based on pat ent application to put forward some suggestions about the industrial development.
