摘  要:沌口长江公路大桥4号主墩位于长江深泓区,施工水域无覆盖层且岩面倾斜,通过对各种应用广泛的钢围堰定位系统进行分析比选,采用钢筋混凝土梳齿锚+单定位船的定位系统施工技术,可以最大限度减少围堰施工对航道船只通行的影响,并提供有效的锚固力保证无覆盖层水域围堰精定位要求。同时,通过钢围堰刃脚处设置反压牛腿、围堰下沉着床后铺设麻袋混凝土并安装钢支墩支垫的方式,可以有效解决倾斜岩面围堰封堵的问题,较传统的爆破施工及异形钢围堰设计方案,安全风险低,节省了工期,创造了良好的经济效益。The No.4 main pier of Zhuankou Yangtze River Highway Bridge is located in the deep shoal area of the Yangtze River.The construction water area has no overburden and the rock face is inclined.Through the analysis and comparison of various widely used steel cofferdam positioning systems,the positioning system construction technology of reinforced concrete comb anchor+single positioning ship can minimize the impact of cofferdams construction on the passage of the channel vessels,and provide effective anchoring forces to ensure the fine positioning requirements of the cofferdams in waters without overburden.At the same time,through the method of setting the back pressure bracket at the foot of the steel cofferdam and installing the steel support pier support after the cofferdam sinks the bed,the problem of the plugging of the inclined rock face cofferdam can be effectively solved,compared with the traditional blasting construction and the design scheme of the special shaped steel cofferdam,this scheme has low safety risks,saves construction time and creates good economic benefits.
