关节镜下内减张技术重建膝关节前交叉韧带的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨关节镜下内减张技术重建膝关节前交叉韧带的临床疗效。方法选取膝关节前交叉韧带断裂患者84例为观察对象,随机分为减张组和对照组,各42例。减张组采用关节镜下内减张技术重建前交叉韧带;对照组采用关节镜下解剖单束重建前交叉韧带。记录并比较治疗前后患者膝关节活动度、膝关节功能评分(HSS评分)、生活质量评分简表-12评分。结果治疗后,两组组膝关节活动度、HSS评分、SF-12评分均高于治疗前,且减张组高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论采用关节镜下内减张技术重建膝关节前交叉韧带能够显著提高患者的膝关节活动度,改善膝关节功能,并能显著提高患者的生活质量,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of arthroscopic internal tension-relieving technique for reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament of knee joint.Methods Eighty-four patients with anterior cruciate ligament fracture were selected and randomly divided into tension-relieving group or control group,with 42 cases in each group.The anterior cruciate ligament was reconstructed by arthroscopic internal tension-relieving technique in the tension-relieving group,and by arthroscopic anatomic single bundle in the control group.The changes of range of motion in knee joint,Hospital for Special Surgery(HSS)knee score,and 12-item Short Form Health Survey(SF-12)were recorded and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the range of motion in knee joint,HSS score,and SF-12 scores increased in both groups,and were higher in the tension-relieving group than in the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament through arthroscopic internal tension-relieving technique can significantly increase the range of motion in knee joint,improve knee joint function,and enhance significantly the life quality of patients.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
