摘　　要：全球金融危机后,国际金融监管主要有两大目标,一是强化国际金融体系韧性,二是维护国际金融体系的开放和完整性,为此实施了系列改革。但由此强化了金融市场分割迹象,引发关注。文章整理了金融市场分割的定义、表现、成因及影响,并提出应对建议。After the global financial crisis,the international financial authorities have been committed to implementing financial reforms to achieve the following two main objectives:to strengthen the resilience of the international financial system,and to maintain an open and integrated international financial system.There are,however,concerns that some markets may be fragmented.The article discusses the definition,manifestation,drivers and impacts of financial market fragmentation and proposes approaches to tackle market fragmentation.
