摘 要:介绍并分析高温空气燃烧、稀氧燃烧等新型燃烧技术的技术特点、优势及不足,探讨新型燃烧技术在阳极炉的应用前景。探讨了阳极炉提升产能、压缩吨铜作业时间的措施,提出了掺氮还原等改进措施,介绍了联合铜精炼工艺在增产降耗方面的创新革新实践,以及下一步的技改方向。The technical characteristics,advantages and disadvantages of new combustion technologies such as high temperature air combustion and dilute oxygen combustion are introduced and analyzed.The application prospect of new combustion technologies in anode furnace is discussed.The measures of increasing production capacity and reducing operating time per ton of copper by anode furnace are discussed.The improvement measures such as nitrogen-doped reduction are put forward.The innovative practice of combined copper refining process in increasing production and reducing consumption is introduced,and the direction of technological reform in the next step is also pointed out.
