加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻

摘　　要：目的介绍加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻经验。方法整理脾虚寒湿型泄泻的证候特点并分析其病机要点,阐释加味胃关煎的组方特点并用病案举例说明,概括加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻经验的认识。结果加味胃关煎治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻既有理论支持,也有临床验证。结论加味胃关煎具有健脾渗湿、温肾涩肠兼散寒止痛之功,特别适用于治疗脾虚寒湿型泄泻。Objective:To introduce the experience of treating spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea with supplemented Weiguan brew.Methods:The syndromes characteristics of the spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea were collected and the main points of pathogenesis were analyzed,the characteristics of the combination of supplemented Weiguan brew were explained and illustrated with a case study,and the related experience was generalized.Results:Supplemented Weiguan brew has both theoretical support and clinical verification in the treatment of spleen insufficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea.Conclusion:Supplemented Weiguan brew which can strengthen spleen and resolve dampness,warm kidney and astringent intestines,disperse cold and relieve pain,is especially applicable to treat spleen deficiency and cold-dampness diarrhea.
