两种口腔护理液在神经内科的应用效果和成本效益分析

摘　　要：目的研究不同口腔护理液的选择对神经内科患者预防口腔并发症的临床效果以及成本效益分析,为神经内科患者最适口腔护理液的选择提供临床理论依据。方法选择湖州市某三级医院神经内科住院患者分别进行氯己定与中草药含漱液进行口腔护理干预,观察两组患者的口腔并发症发生情况,并运用计量经济分析法分析患者使用两种口腔护理液后的经济负担以及效益成本进行比较。结果经过两周的口腔护理干预,中草药护理组的并发症预防率为92%,氯己定组为87%(P=0.71),实施中草药口护液可获得1.05的成本效益比。结论中草药口腔护理液对于神内患者在取得良好临床效果,同时还可以减轻患者的经济负担、节约医疗资源,较氯己定口护液获得更好的社会效益。Objective:To study the cost-benefit analysis of different gargling solutions for preventing oral complications,and to provide clinical theoretical basis for the selection of the best oral care solution.Methods:The inpatients in neurology department of a tertiary hospital in Huzhou were selected for oral care intervention with chlorhexidine and gargle of Chinese herbal medicine.The incidence of oral complications in the two groups of patients was observed,and the economic burden and benefit cost of different gargles for oral care were analyzed by econometric analysis.Results:After two weeks of oral care intervention,the complication prevention rate of the Chinese herbal nursing group was 91%,and that of the chlorhexidine group was 86%(Chi-square test P=0.71).Conclusion:Chinese herbal oral care liquid can not only achieve good clinical effect,but also reduce the economic burden of patients and save medical resources.
