摘　　要：美国近年来在颅脑火器伤救治方面积累了较多经验。本文综述了近年来美国军方和民间发表的文献,特别回顾了美军在阿富汗和伊拉克等战场条件下的救治体会。对颅脑火器伤从流行病学、病理生理、临床表现、战场救治、医疗后送及后方救治等方面的最新进展进行了介绍,以期对我军未来的颅脑火器伤战场救治提供借鉴。The medical staffs of US have accumulated vast experiences in treating cerebral gunshot wounds(CGSW)in recent years.In this paper,we review recent published articles about CGSW in America,including the experiences in Operation Iraqi Freedom(OIF)and Operation Enduring Freedom(OEF).The epidemiology,pathophysiology,battlefield rescue,medical evacuation and surgical management of CGSW are summarized,so as to help our staff understanding and managing CGSW.
