改进住房公积金提取政策加强风险防控的思考

摘　　要：为依法维护缴存职工权益、加大惩治骗提行为,要进一步改进住房公积金提取政策、加强风险防控。完善提取办理条件,规范改进提取政策;推行网上便民服务,优化提取审核流程;建立失信报送机制,实施失信联合惩戒;完善内审稽核制度,加强内部风险管理;加强部门联网核查,推进部门信息共享;强化异地协作配合,建立跨地协查机制;集中开展治理工作,打击违规骗提行为;广泛开展政策宣传,营造合规提取氛围。In order to safeguard the rights and interests of depositors and workers according to law and to punish fraud,we should further improve the policy of withdrawing housing provident fund and strengthen the risk prevention and control.Improving the conditions of extraction,standardizing and improving the extraction policy,promoting online convenience services,optimizing the extraction audit process,establishing a mechanism for reporting dishonesty and im plementing joint punishment for dishonesty,improving the internal audit system,strengthening internal risk management,strengthening the department's network verification,promoting the department's information sharing,and strengthening cooperation in different places,Establishment of cross-regional and co-inspection mechanism;Centralized governance work to combat illegal fraud;Extensive policy publicity to create an atmosphere for compliance extraction.
