黄芪颗粒联合大蒜素胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效观察及对免疫功能和血清细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察黄芪颗粒联合大蒜素胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)的临床疗效及其对T淋巴细胞亚群和血清细胞因子IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α的影响。方法:140例RAU患者随机分为对照组和观察组各70例,对照组给予西药治疗,观察组加服黄芪颗粒和大蒜素胶囊,用药4周,评定疗效。流式细胞仪检测治疗前后CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+8并计算CD^+4/CD^+8比值;ELISA法检测血清IL-2、IL-10、TNF-α水平。结果:观察组总有效率为91.4%,明显高于对照组之74.7%(P<0.05),溃疡愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),发作间期较对照组明显延长(P<0.05)。观察组CD^+3、CD^+4和CD^+4/CD^+8均显著提升(P<0.05),CD^+8显著降低(P<0.05);与对照组治疗后比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清IL-2水平较治疗前明显升高,IL-10、TNF-α水平较治疗前明显降低,与对照组比较均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪颗粒与大蒜素联合应用于RAU的治疗可显著提高疗效,调节免疫功能紊乱,恢复Th1/Th2平衡,减少复发。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Huangqi Granule and Allicin Capsule in the treatment of recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU)and its effects on T-lymphocyte subsets and serum cytokines.Methods:140 cases of RAU patients were divided into observation and control groups at random,control group was given Western medicines and observation group was given Huangqi Granule and Allicin Capsule on the basis of control group,they were treated for 4 weeks,then the curative effect was evaluated,CD^+3、CD^+4、CD^+8were determined by flow cytometer,CD^+4/CD^+8ratio was counted,serum IL-2,IL-10 and TNF-αwere determined by ELISA.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 91.4%,that was high than that of control that was 74.7%(P<0.05);the healing time of ulcer in observation group was shouter than that of control group(P<0.05),the interictal discharge was prolonged significantly.After treatment,CD^+3,CD^+4and CD^+4/CD^+8 in observation group were increased significantly and CD^+8 was decreased;serum IL-2 level was raised and IL-10,TNF-αlevels were lowered significantly;improvement of all above indexes were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huangqi Granule and Allicin Capsule can raise the curative effect in the treatment of RAU,regulate immunologic balance and reduce recurrence.
