摘　　要：目的分析肺结核患者心理状况及影响因素。方法选择2016年3月-2018年12月我科收治的肺结核患者275例纳入研究。同期健康体检者100例为对照组。采用SCL-90调查问卷对所有入选者进行心理健康调查。肺结核患者中SCL-90总分>160分者为阳性,≤160分为阴性。结果肺结核组患者躯体化、强迫、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、偏执和精神病性评分均高于健康组(P<0.05)。本组心理状况阳性179例,阴性96例。经济收入少、睡眠质量差、复治肺结核均为结核病患者心理状况不良的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论肺结核病患者存在心理健康问题,针对相关影响因素,在对患者的治疗过程中,应注重加强宣教,减少患者产生不良心理反应情况。Objective To analyze psychological condition and influencing factors of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 275 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted during March 2016 and December 2018 were enrolled in the study, and other 100 healthy people taking physical examination at the same period were chosen as control group. SCL-90 questionnaire was used to investigate psychological health conditions of all participants. Among patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, the total score of SCL-90 more than 160 was positive, while the score less than 160 was negative. Results Scores of somatization, compulsion, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, paranoia and psychosis in pulmonary tuberculosis group were significantly higher than those in healthy group(P<0.05). There were 179 patients with positive psychological conditions and 96 patients with negative psychological conditions. Less income, poor sleep quality and retreated tuberculosis were risk factors for poor psychological condition of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(P<0.05). Conclusion Psychological health problems exist in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. In view of the related influencing factors, propaganda and education should be strengthened in the course of treatment so as to reduce incidence rate of adverse psychological reactions.
