摘　　要：本文针对某型水下声纳信号接收模块提出一种散热方案,有效的解决了该模块的小型化设计后散热问题。通过选用Hasuncast 712黑色导热绝缘防水聚氨酯电子灌封胶,采用热传导的方式,完成模块的散热设计。In this paper,a heat dissipation scheme is proposed for a type of underwater sonar signal receiving module,which effectively solves the problem of heat dissipation after miniaturization of the module.The heat dissipation design of the module is completed by using Hasuncast 712 black thermal insulation and waterproof polyurethane electronic potting glue.
