摘　　要：目前,民营企业青年职工生存发展状况总体上平稳良好,但也存着社会保障不充分、薪资待遇相对较低、职场压力较大等生存发展方面的问题,部分青年的居住质量、医疗保障、社会参与渠道等有待进一步改进和完善。这就需要政府、企业和社会各界协同配合,合力施策,积极努力地解决好这些问题,以促进民营企业青年的健康成长和全面发展。At present,the development of the young workers survival and development in the private enterprises is generally stable,but at the same time,the problems of inadequate social security,relatively low salary treatment and large working pressure are also kept,and some of the young workers’ living quality,medical security and social participation channel need to be further improved.Thus,it is necessary for governments,enterprises and all sectors of society to cooperate with each other in a concerted effort to solve these problems actively and actively,to promote the healthy growth and full development of the young people of the private enterprises.
