回转窑托轮球面瓦采用粘接法修复效果研究

摘　　要：回转窑因为它运行的稳定性从而被广泛的应用于现代实际的冶金生产实践中,是整个企业生产过程中具有重要作用的生产工具,现在的企业为了保证生产质量、生产效率,为了追求企业经营利润的最大化,降低企业的运营成本,所以每个企业都会通过维护修复回转窑来提高回转窑的使用情况,文章基于粉煤灰酸法生产氧化铝用回转窑托轮球面瓦磨损情况,通过对回转窑托轮球面瓦使用粘结法进行修复的效果情况进行研究,指出使用粘结法的修复优势所在,从而来保证回转窑的运行效果。Rotary kiln is widely used in modern metallurgical production practice because of its stability. It is an important production tool in the production process of the whole enterprise. In order to ensure the production quality and production efficiency,enterprises now pursue the maximization of operating profit and reduce the operating cost of enterprises. Therefore,every enterprise will improve the use of rotary kiln by maintaining and repairing the rotary kiln. This paper based on wear conditins of spherical tile of the rotary kiln tugboat of the technology using fly ash produce alumina by acid,through studied the effect of using bonding method to repair the spherical tile of rotary kiln tugboat,and points out the advantages of using bonding method to repair,so as to ensure the operation effect of rotary kiln.
