摘 要:电动器具管理系统中为确保各类电动器具在使用过程中状态良好、安全可靠,实时对各类器具进行清点以及记录其各个时期的使用情况,由此可及时知晓损坏的器具。但对于破损工具一般采用焊接、铆接等方式进行融合以及修复,往往会造成器具熔透过大、不完全熔化等情况,间接影响电力系统的安全生产。而粘接技术能够可以实现异种材料的融合,同时避免焊接、铆接方式结合时产生的应力集中等问题,使结构整体小型化、轻量化。文章主要就磨损表面修复、治漏与密封、承载受力件粘接这3方面来对电动器具管理系统中的应用进行详细的研究,为简化工艺、降低成本、使电力系统安全生产提供了有效途径。In the electric appliance management system,in order to ensure that all kinds of electric appliances are in good condition,safe and reliable in use,all kinds of appliances are counted in real time and the usage of each period is recorded,so that damaged appliances can be known in time.However,for the damage tools,welding and riveting are generally used for fusion and repair,which often causes the appliance to melt through large and incomplete melting,which indirectly affects the safe production of the power system. The bonding technology can realize the fusion of dissimilar materials and avoid the problems of stress concentration caused by welding and riveting,and make the overall structure compact and lightweight. This paper mainly studies the application of the electric appliance management system in the three aspects of wear surface repair,leak detection and sealing,and bearing force bearing.In order to simplify the process,reduce costs,and make the power system safe production,it provides an effective way.
