甲醇下游产品半实物仿真实训工厂建设的可行性研究——以榆林职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：作者深入甲醇下游产品生产企业及拥有仿真实训基地的多家高校进行调研,调研结果显示,目前国内高校在实训基地建设成就方面主要是煤制甲醇仿真实训工厂和煤制烯烃仿真实训工厂。而在当今甲醇过剩、精细化工高速发展的形势下,甲醇下游产品半实物仿真实训工厂的建设迫在眉睫。本研究是在榆林地区现代煤化工产业告诉发展的前提下,提出榆林职业技术学院建设甲醇下游产品半实物仿真实训工厂建设的可行性。The author makes a deep investigation into the downstream methanol production enterprises and several universities with simulation training bases. The results show that the main achievements of domestic universities in the construction of training bases are as follows:1.Coal-to-methanol simulation training plant;2.Coalto-olefin simulation training plant. In the current situation of excess methanol and rapid development of fine chemical industry,the construction of semi-physical simulation training plant for downstream products of methanol is imminent.Under the premise of the development of modern coal chemical industry in Yulin area,this study puts forward the feasibility of constructing semi-physical simulation training plant for downstream methanol products in Yulin Vocational and Technical College is put forward.
