摘  要:利用高温高压釜失重实验、电化学阻抗谱、Tafel曲线以及扫描电镜等技术,研究了温度对P110钢在饱含CO2和H2S气体的吉林油田采出水中的腐蚀行为影响。结果表明,随着温度的升高,P110钢的腐蚀速率首先增大;当温度高于50℃后,腐蚀速率又呈现下降的趋势。这主要是由于低温下所成腐蚀膜的致密性较差,当温度高于50℃后腐蚀膜由明显的晶态FeCO3组成,且温度越高,腐蚀膜的晶态特征越明显、晶粒越细,膜对基体的腐蚀保护作用越强。The influences of temperature and pressure on the corrosion behaviors of P110 steel in the stratum water of Jilin oilfield containing saturated CO2 and H2S gases,were investigated by using high temperature and high pressure corrosion experiment,electrochemical impedance spectra,mass loss,Tafel curve and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.The results showed that the corrosion rate of P110 steel initially increased,and it decreased when the temperature was over 50℃.The main reason was attributed to the film compactness was worse when the temperature was below 50℃,and it became better in the case of over 50℃.
