摘　　要：增压注水泵在油田注水工艺过程中,起着至关重要的作用。针对部分注水单井和注水区块欠压问题以及增压注水泵的使用现状,提出并设计一种插入式增压注水螺杆泵,并对主要部件进行了设计选型分析,该增压注水泵结构简单,流量均匀,压力稳定且易损件少,能满足定向单井的配注要求,在单井增压注水泵领域的发展具有深远意义。The pressurized water injection pump plays a vital role in the oilfield water injection process.Aiming at the under-pressure problem of partial water injection single well and water injection block and the use status of pressurized water injection pump,a plug-in pressurized water injection screw pump was proposed and designed,and the main components were designed and analyzed.The structure is simple,the flow is uniform,the pressure is stable,and the wearing parts are small,which can meet the requirements of the directional single well,and the development in the field of single well pressurized water injection pump has far-reaching significance.
