供电系统的过流保护才是SPD的后备保护

摘　　要：当电涌大于SPD所设计的最大吸收能量和放电电流时,或当SPD无法耐受暂态过电压时,都会引发其过流故障。因此,SPD必须配置过流故障保护器。按照电力系统继电保护技术有关主保护与后备保护的含义,串接在SPD回路内的过流脱离器是SPD的主保护,而位于其上游,作为电气装置的一部分被安装在供电系统上的过电流保护器才是SPD的后备保护。文章期待过流脱离器主流生产企业能带头给“过流脱离器”“正名”,还其真实“名分”。The overcurrent fault will be triggered when the surge is larger than the designed maximum absorbed energy and discharging current of SPD,or when SPD fails to withstand the temporary overvoltage.Therefore,SPD must be equipped with a overcurrent fault protector.According to the definition of main protection and backup protection in relay protection technology of electrical power system,the overcurrent disconnector in series with SPD is the main protection of SPD,and the over-current protector,located externally up-stream of SPD,installed on the power supply system as part of the electrical installations is the back-up protection of SPD.The article aims to make mainstream manufacturers to rectify the name of“overcurrent disconnector”.
