摘 要:目的探讨小夹板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折有限元研究。方法选取2018年6月11日我院收治的1例26岁健康男性桡骨远端C型骨折患者作为研究对象,并根据该患者右前臂CT扫描数据,建立正常桡骨远端三维模型。依据AO分型,人为划分骨折线,建立3种C型骨折前臂高阶四面体网格模型。并对3种骨折模型进行有限元分析,计算出相应云图。结果实验结果表明,其骨折类型中C1.1、C2.1及C3.1型的骨折块数较少,其骨折缝处为最大应力的集中处,也对维持骨折的稳定性带来一定优势。结论通过对小夹板治疗桡骨远端C型骨折进行相关有限元研究,初步确定了其适用范围,可为临床工作提供一些参考。Objective To investigate the finite element study of small splint in the treatment of type C distal radius fracture.Methods A 26-year-old healthy male patient with type C distal radius fracture admitted to our hospital on June 11,2018 was selected as the study object.According to the CT scan data of the patient′s right forearm,a three-dimensional model of the normal distal radius was established.According to AO classification,fracture lines were artificially divided,and three kinds of type C fracture upper forearm high-order tetrahedral mesh models were established.Three fracture models were analyzed by finite element method,and corresponding cloud images were calculated.Results The experimental results showed that the fracture types of C1.1,C2.1 and C3.1 were fewer in the number of fracture blocks,and the fracture joints were the concentration of maximum stress,which also brought some advantages to maintain the stability of the fracture.Conclusion The application of small splint in the treatment of type C fractures of the distal part of the flexure bone has been preliminarily determined through the relevant finite element study,which can provide some references for clinical work.
