钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨钢板螺钉内固定技术在四肢骨创伤骨折治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2016年1月~2018年12月我院收治的90例四肢骨创伤骨折患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例)。研究组采用钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗,对照组采用石膏外固定治疗。比较两组的临床治疗效果、手术相关指标、生活质量评分以及术后并发症发生情况。结果研究组的临床治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后的总体健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论钢板螺钉内固定技术治疗四肢骨创伤骨折的效果确切,可以缩短手术时间、骨折愈合时间、住院时间,促进患者术后康复,提高手术疗效及改善生活质量,有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To investigate the application effect of plate and screw internal fixation in the treatment of traumatic fracture of extremities.Methods A total of 90 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group(45 cases)and the control group(45 cases).The study group was treated with plate screw internal fixation technology,while the control group was treated with plaster external fixation.The results of clinical treatment,surgical indicators,quality of life scores and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The excellent and good rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,fracture healing time and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of overall health,physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function and mental health in the study group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of internal fixation with plate and screw in the treatment of bone trauma fracture of the four limbs is definite,which can shorten the operation time,fracture healing time and hospitalization time,promote the postoperative rehabilitation of patients,improve the surgical effect and improve the quality of life,and has important clinical application value.
