摘　　要：目的探讨锁定钢板内固定术治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果。方法选取2017年10月~2019年2月本院收治的80例胫骨平台骨折患者作为研究对象,随机分为参照组与实验组,每组各40例,参照组采用双切口双钢板内固定术治疗,实验组采用锁定钢板内固定治疗,比较两组胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复优良率、下肢肢体运动功能Fugel-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、肢体关节功能评分、住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量。结果治疗后实验组与参照组患者膝下肢FMA评分、肢体关节功能评分高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗后患者膝关节功能恢复优良率、下肢FMA评分、肢体关节功能评分高于参照组,住院时间、完全负重时间、骨折愈合时间短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将锁定钢板内固定治疗应用在胫骨平台骨折患者中有利于改善肢体功能,值得应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 80 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to February 2019 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with double incision and double plates internal fixation,and the experimental group was treated with locking plate internal fixation.The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery and Fugel-Meyer(FMA)score of lower limbs,limb joint function score,hospitalization time,full weight-bearing time,fracture healing time,intraoperative bleeding volume were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FMA scores of knee and lower extremity and joint function of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery,lower limb FMA score and limb joint function score in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospital stay,full weight-bearing time and fracture healing time in the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group,and the amount of intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,with statistical significances(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of tibial plateau fracture is beneficial to improve limb function and is worth applying.
