摘　　要：目的研究无保护接生法对初产妇会阴侧切率的影响。方法选取2018年3月~2019年2月我院接收的200例初产妇作为研究对象,按照数字随机分组法将其分为对照组(100例)与观察组(100例)。对照组产妇采用传统接生方法,观察组产妇接受无保护接生法。比较两组产妇的会阴侧切率、产后出血率、新生儿窒息率及产后48 h内会阴疼痛情况。结果观察组产妇的会阴侧切率和产后出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的新生儿窒息率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后48 h会阴疼痛程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无保护接生法应用于初产妇中不仅可以保证母婴安全,提升分娩质量,而且可以改善产妇预后,缓解会阴疼痛程度,值得进一步推广实施。Objective To study the effect of unprotected delivery method on the rate of perineal side cut in primipara.Methods A total of 200 primiparas admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were selected as subjects.They were divided into control group(100 cases)and observation group(100 cases)according to the numerical random grouping method.In the control group,the traditional delivery method was adopted,and the observing group received the unprotected delivery method.The perineal side cut rate,postpartum hemorrhage rate,neonatal asphyxia rate and perineal pain within 48 hours after birth were compared between the two groups.Results The perineal side cut rate and postpartum hemorrhage rate of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The neonatal asphyxia rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree of perineal pain within 48 hours after birth in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of unprotected delivery method to primiparas can not only ensure maternal and infant safety,improve the quality of delivery,but also improve maternal prognosis and relieve the degree of perineal pain,which is worth further promotion.
