摘　　要：目的探讨自制丁字裤式冰袋在会阴部激光治疗患者中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2018年12月于赣南医学院第一附属医院行会阴部激光治疗的100例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组各50例。对照组患者给予常规冰袋护理,实验组患者给予自制丁字裤式冰袋护理。观察两组患者的临床效果、不同时间点视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、总满意度以及并发症总发生率。结果实验组患者的总有效率为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的76.00%(38/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者干预前、干预4 h后的VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者干预4、12、24 h后的VAS评分均低于干预前,且随着干预时间的延长,VAS评分呈逐渐降低的趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者干预12、24 h后的VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的总满意度为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者的并发症总发生率为16.00%(8/50),低于对照组的42.00%(21/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制丁字裤式冰袋在会阴部激光治疗患者中的应用效果显著,可提高其满意度,改善疼痛感,降低并发症发生率。Objective To explore the application effect of self-made T-shaped ice bag in patients with perineal laser therapy.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent perineal laser therapy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine ice bag nursing,while the experimental group was given self-made T-shaped ice bag nursing.The clinical effect,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores at different time,total satisfaction and total incidence rate of complications were observed in the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 76.00%(38/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the VAS scores between the two groups before intervention and after 4 hours of intervention(P>0.05).The VAS scores of the two groups after 4,12,and 24 hours of intervention were lower than those before intervention,and the VAS scores gradually decreased with the prolongation of the intervention time,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the experimental group after 12 and 24 hours of intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the experimental group was 98.00%(49/50),which was higher than that of the control group accounting for 74.00%(37/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was 16.00%(8/50),which was lower than that in the control group accounting for 42.00%(21/50),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of self-made T-shaped ice bag in patients with perineal laser therapy is signifi
