医护患一体化模式在髋关节周围骨折患者快速康复中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨医护患一体化模式在髋关节周围骨折患者快速康复中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月~2018年6月本院收治的90例髋关节周围骨折的患者作为研究对象,通过单双号编号的方式将其随机分为对照组(45例)和观察组(45例)。对照组患者给予骨科围术期常规护理,观察组患者给予医护患一体化管理模式。比较两组患者的护理总满意度、住院时间和并发症总发生率。结果观察组患者的护理总满意度(97.78%)高于对照组(79.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的住院时间[(10.42±4.82)d]短于对照组[(14.27±6.23)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症总发生率(2.22%)低于对照组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护患一体化管理模式可以有效提高髋关节周围骨折患者的护理总满意度,缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生率,值得临床应用推广。Objective To explore the application effect of integrated doctor-nurse-patient mode in rapid rehabilitation of patients with fractures around the hip joint.Methods A total of 90 patients with fractures around hip joints in our department from February 2016 to June 2018 were selected as subjects.They were randomly divided into the control and observation groups by odd/even number equally.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing care during orthopaedic surgery,while patients in the observation group were given integrated doctor-nurse-patient management mode.The total satisfaction degree of nursing,hospitalization time and total incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group(97.78%)was higher than that in the control group(79.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of patients in the observation group([10.42±4.82]d)was shorter than that in the control group([14.27±6.23]d),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(2.22%)was lower than that in the control group(13.33%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated management mode of doctor-nurse-patient can effectively improve the total satisfaction of nursing care for patients with hip fracture,shorten the hospitalization time and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
