摘  要:目的探讨客观结构化临床考核(OSCE)用于评价新生儿科护士护理能力的效果。方法选择2018年11月~2019年4月我院新生儿科的39名护士作为研究对象,在常规培训考核基础上实施OSCE,比较OSCE实施前后护士的理论考核成绩和操作技能考核成绩,同时制定问卷调查收集护士对OSCE的评价。结果OSCE实施后护士理论考核成绩和操作技能考核成绩均明显高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);94.87%(37/39)的护士认可OSCE的高效性,89.74%(35/39)的护士认可OSCE有推广价值。结论OSCE在新生儿科护士中的有效应用,可显著提升护士的理论知识水平及临床护理操作能力,得到护士的认可,有一定的推广应用价值。Objective To explore the effect of objective structured clinical assessment(OSCE)in evaluating the nursing ability of neonatal nurses.Methods A total of 39 nurses in neonatal department from November 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and OSCE was implemented on the basis of routine training and assessment.Before and after the implementation of OSCE,the scores of theoretical and operational skills of 39 nurses were compared.A questionnaire survey was made to collect the evaluation of all nurses on OSCE at the same time.Results The scores of theoretical assessment and operational skills assessment of nurses after the implementation of OSCE were higher than those before OSCE,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).94.87%(37/39)nurses recognized the efficiency of OSCE,and 89.74%(35/39)recognized the popularization value of OSCE.Conclusion The effective application of OSCE in pediatric nurses can significantly improve their theoretical knowledge level and clinical nursing operation ability,which is easily recognized by the majority of pediatric nurses,and has a certain application value.
