云实的酚性化学成分研究

摘　　要：目的研究云实[Caesalpinia decapetala (Roth) Alston]中的酚性化学成分。方法通过乙醇提取,石油醚和氯仿萃取,再结合各种柱色谱方法对氯仿部位进行了系统的分离,并结合理化性质和光谱数据鉴定了分离得到的化合物结构。结果分离并鉴定了11个酚性类化合物的结构:2,3,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯(1),原儿茶酸甲酯(2),N-反式阿魏酰酪胺(3),trichostachine(4),肉桂酰哌啶(5),没食子酸(6),3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸甲酯(7),3,4,5-三羟基苯甲酸乙酯(8),白藜芦醇(9),3,4,3’,5’-四羟基二苯乙烯(10)和原苏木素A(11)。结论化合物1~5为首次报道从该植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the phenolic constituents from Caesalpinia decapetala(Roth)Alston.METHODS The ethanol crude extract of C.decapetala was fractionalized by using petroleum ether and chloroform.The chloroform part was isolated by a series of chromatography methods,and the structures of purified compounds were elucidated by their physicochemical properties and spectroscopic data.RESULTS Eleven phenolic compounds were isolated and identified as methyl 2,3,5-trihydroxybenzoate(1),protocatechuic acid methyl ester(2),N-trans-feruloyl tyramine(3),trichostachine(4),cinnamylpiperidine(5),gallic acid(6),methyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate(7),ethyl 3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate(8),resveratrol(9),3,4,3′,5′-tetrahydroxydistyrene(10),and protosappanin A(11).CONCLUSION Compounds 1-5 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
