摘　　要：超硬复合刀具材料是超高压高温烧结一层金刚石微粉在硬质合金基体上的一种新型刀具材料,以广泛用途的聚晶金刚石PDC复合片材料,介绍了超硬刀具材料PDC的复合途径与制造方法,分析了PDC刀具材料的制造技术,以实例形式探讨了用PDC刀具在加工高硅铝合金和硬质合金冲模材料方面的应用。Super hard composite tool material is a new tool material with Ultra-high pressure and high-temperature sintering of a layer of diamond powder on the carbide matrix.This paper introduces the composite way and manufacturing method of super hard cutting tool material PDC,which is polycrystalline diamond PDC composite material,analyzes the manufacturing technology of PDC tool material.The application of PDC cutting tool to machining high silicon aluminum alloy and hard alloy die materials is discussed.
