益气活血利水方敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的:观察益气活血利水方敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效,为临床运用益气活血利水方敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水提供数据支持。方法:将80例确诊为肝硬化腹水的患者,按完全随机法分为对照组(基础治疗组)和治疗组(基础治疗+益气活血利水贴组),每组40例。通过观察两组总有效率、中医症候积分改善、腹胀缓解时间及肝肾功能电解质、凝血功能、血常规等指标变化来评价益气活血利水贴治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效及不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率为82.5%,优于对照组的65.0%,而且在改善患者的临床症状及腹胀缓解时间方面优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血利水方敷脐治疗肝硬化腹水疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription on umbilical in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites,and to provide data support for the clinical application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription on umbilical in the treatment of cirrhotic ascites.Methods:80 patients with ascites due to cirrhosis were randomly divided into two groups:control group(basic treatment group)and treatment group(basic treatment+Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription).40 patients in each group were observed for total effective rate,the improvement of TCM symptom score,the time of abdominal distention relief,the electrolyte of liver and kidney function and blood coagulation function.To evaluate the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription in the treatment of ascites due to cirrhosis.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 82.5%,better than 65.0%of the control group,and better than the basic treatment group in improving the clinical symptoms and abdominal distension relief time,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The umbilical application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui prescription is effective in treating ascites and less adverse reactions,due to liver cirrhosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
