中国区域价值链的空间分布及演化特征——基于交通运输设备制造业研究  

A Study on the Patterns of Spatial Distribution and Evolution of China’s Regional Value Chain: A Case Study of Transportation Equipment Manufacturing Industry

摘　　要：随着区域一体化的推进,区域分工不断深化,生产过程中的价值增值环节被分散到不同区域。文章基于中国省区间投入产出模型,对2002-2012年间中国交通运输设备制造业的国内价值链在不同地区和不同生产环节的分布格局及演化特征进行分析。研究揭示了国内价值链"东高西低"且持续向东部地区集聚的空间分布格局,这种空间不均衡与地区获得增加值能力的差异有关。交通运输设备制造业的国内价值链在不同生产环节的分布呈"拱形曲线",表明该产业在国内主要是在生产制造环节实现增加值的。2002-2012年,北部沿海地区、华南沿海地区、中南地区、西南地区和东北地区对生产制造环节获取增加值的依赖性进一步加强,而华东沿海地区率先向"微笑曲线"左端的产业链上游攀升。通过分析中国两大交通运输设备制造基地吉林和上海的价值链分布格局演变可以发现,对于规模经济显著的交通运输设备制造业来说,制造业基地对周边省份的空间辐射作用趋于增强,空间产业关联的强化促进了国内价值链的空间集聚。文章的研究结果有助于深入理解中国交通运输设备制造业国内价值链的空间分布与演化特征。This paper analyzes the distribution pattern and evolution characteristics of the domestic value chain in the transportation equipment manufacturing industry during 2002-2012 based on China interregional input-output tables. The results show that the spatial distribution of domestic value chain is characterized by a " high in the East and low in the West" pattern,with a trend of continuous clustering to the eastern region,which is related to the differences in the regions’ capacity to obtain value added. The study also finds that the distribution of the domestic value chain of the transportation equipment manufacturing industry in different production processes presents an " arch curve",indicating that the domestic value added is mainly obtained through the process of processing and manufacturing. During 2002-2012,the dependence of value added obtaining from the process of production and manufacturing in North-Coastal China,SouthCoastal China, Central-South China, Southwest China and Northeast China was further strengthened,while the East-Coastal China started climbing to the upstream of the industrial chain. The results of this paper contribute to deepen the understandings on the spatial distribution and evolution of the domestic value chain of China’s transportation equipment manufacturing industry.
