摘 要:为进一步提升复合横担在超高压输变电工程中的应用价值,发挥大直径复合绝缘管材料创新技术优势,促进绿色节约型输电。以750kV的A字型复合横担为例,通过真型塔试验结合Simulation仿真分析的方法,根据分析结果对横担结构进行优化设计。结果表明,A字型复合横担中用以加强分段压管法兰连接处强度的支柱拉杆,实际及仿真试验中均对横担工况载荷的分担较小。借助绝缘管新材料长度工艺优势优化的V字型横担结构,在仿真试验及理论计算均满足实际工况安全系数的基础上,其与A字型复合横担相比走廊宽度减小约5%,重量降低约10%,与传统铁塔横担相比轻量化设计优势更加明显。In order to further improve the application value of composite cross arm in HV transmission project,fully display the technologic innovation superiority of composite material for insulation tube,and advocate green economical transmission project,type A structure of 750 kV composite cross arm was researched by methods of the real-model experiment and simulation analysis.The optimization design of the structure was carried out according to the analysis results.The experiment results show that the cable-stayed prop of type A composite cross arm can improve the connection strength of pressurized insulators,and its ability of sharing load on the composite cross arm was very limited in actual and simulation experiments.By means of the length advantage of new composite material tube,the structure of composite cross arm was optimized to type V.On the basis of the safety design under simulation test and theoretical calculation,compared with type A composite cross arm,the route corridor width and weight of type V structure decreased by 5%and10%,respectively.Meanwhile the lightweight design advantages of composite cross arm was more obvious comparing with the iron cross arm.
