数字赋能视域下非遗档案资源的整合及保存：现状分析与策略探讨

摘　　要：探讨数字赋能的内涵意蕴,研究其与非遗档案整合及保存的逻辑关联,有利于非遗档案管理更为科学有序。通过梳理近期研究进展和实践现状,并结合“后申遗”时代特点,提出有关数字赋能的建议:探索数字赋能嵌入及数字素养培育,发挥思维赋能效用;注重数字平台赋能建设,降低整合与保存过程耗能;弱化唯技术至上导向,发挥其服务匹配和功能衔接作用;因地制宜选用整合及保存方式,挖掘非遗档案内容深度与数字关联;坚持资源至上原则,提供非遗档案式优质服务。Exploring the connotation of digital empowerment and studying the logical connection between its integration and preservation of non-legacy archives is conducive to the more scientific and orderly management of non-legacy archives.By combing recent research progress and practical situation,combined with the characteristics of the“post-appreciation”era,suggestions have been put forward on digital empowerment:We should explore digital empowerment embedding and digital literacy cultivation,and exert the power of thinking empowerment;focus on digital platform empowerment construction for reducing the energy consumption of the integration and preservation process;weaken the technology-oriented orientation for service matching and function linkage;select the integration and preservation ways according to local conditions,and explore the depth and digital association of non-legacy archives content;adhere to the principle of resource supremacy,and provide quality service of non-legacy archives.
